One consequence of the Corona pandemic is that in-person meetings are becoming rarer. More important is the provision of a secure and flexible video conferencing system with the ability to hold separate meetings in break-out rooms. We chose the provider Zoom for this because their offering is easy to use and works with end-to-end encryption if desired. Our Zoom conferences are handled exclusively via servers in the DSGVO room. In our office, each individual workstation is equipped with the technology required to conduct video conferences<\/p>\r\n\r\n
However, we are also prepared to conduct a videoconference using a videoconferencing system suggested by you. Our devices already have the clients for most common systems installed.
