Our office is equipped with the usual modern communication and research facilities (Beck-Online, Juris). Each individual workstation is equipped with the technology required to conduct video conferences.
The know-how built up over more than thirty years is easily accessible with a document management system ELO, which has been one of the most innovative for decades.. This is also where the electronic client files are kept. Many of our clients appreciate the quick availability and retrievability of all types of documents, some of which have been stored there for well over 15 years for ongoing permanent mandates.
Of course, this data is deleted after the end of each mandate after expiration of the legal retention periods.
